Audio Tools

I was just taking a look at the audio tools and was wondering if anyone has used them and has specifically experienced benefits?

Hi Running girl, I signed up

Hi Running girl,
I signed up back in late 2011 but only recently really giving this method a real go. I find the interviews really motivating and encourage you to listen to them if you can. The whole time I was listening I thought to myself "if they can recover, so can I!".
The other one I listen to is the Mind Power Audio and Stop Purging. The Stop Purging in particular, I really like. I listen to it just before I go to sleep.
Different people respond to different technique/tools, but give them a try. It can't hurt :)
Love and light,
Aston

Hi! I used the guided eating

Hi! I used the guided eating audio in 2009 (might have changed a bit since then) but I think it has been the single most useful tool in my recovery thus far. I got a tiny little note book, and 1-2 meals per day (usually on my lunch break and possibly breakfast) I'd do the exercise. It really helped. I soon memorised the scales on the sheet, so I could just write down numbers and anyone looking at my notebook probably wouldn't realise what I was doing. I did this exercise regularly for 3-4 months, it was worth it. Good luck :)

I used the mind power audio

I used the mind power audio by Richard a while back. Everynight when lying in bed trying to fall asleep feeling anxious, if I had a 15-20 min slot during a hectic day, when I came home from work, whenever. That audio really helped me to stay calm, and also to try to see things outside the way I look at myself and my body now.

Funny thing is after listening a few times, I actually never saw that happy me as a skinny me, it really helped.. Give it a try!

Life is too short to not be happy

Hi Running girl, I'm not sure

Hi Running girl,
I'm not sure how it downloads directly to the iPod. But I downloaded it as MP3 files, and then used iTune and import it into my playlist. Hope that helps.
Love and light,
Aston
