I'm not sure how long it would last though. I think everybody is different. I've been eating fairly normally (still binging about 2xs a week...) for about 3 weeks and it's just starting to go down. but it might not take as long for you since i've been binging some...
hope you feel better soon!
it is hardest for me after meals. the bloating and discomfort seem to bother me more as the day wears on. i am hoping it will go away soon. yet the slip ups along the way probably set my body back a bit on recovering physically...
Normal, but I hate the bloated feeling too.
*~Life is an eternity of gorgeous moments~*
Yup, very normal. Its the body's way of readjusting to the feeling of having food in your stomach! Wear loose pants or shirts, try probiotic supplements as well. You can get them in any health store or maybe try the pharmacy. It helps with digestion and bloating.
Me too... and i get major gas (yall probably didnt need to know that but if you do too then maybe my sharing will make you feel better!)
Do probiotic supplements really help? I eat yogurt daily to try and keep the bloating down, but maybe I should add in a supplement. Is there such thing as too much probiotics?
I second the probiotics. I used these when I first started to eat structured meals and they helped tremendously. Try those Danactive probiotics drinks-- they taste great and they're not chalky like the powders from the health food store. Side note: Ever since I've started drinking these, my period has become very regular. I have no idea if this is because of the probiotics but I figure it can't hurt.
Apparently the amount of probiotics in yogurt is pretty minimal...the amount in a supplement is far more effective. I used them just for the first month until my stomach calmed down.
hi, I have some bloating issues. I was thinking of getting some probiotics, the only brand I know are prebio7. I was just wondering what yer using or what ye would recommend?...or are they are more or less the same?
Thanks:)
