I don't really have any ideas, but the last two weeks (if I make today) I've been b/p free.. And I get sooo emotional, most of the time I end up bursting into tears.. My shrink says it's good to let the emotions out, but I hate being such a blubbery mess, it's so not me... But I guess "anything" is better then b/p..
FIGHTER
Find the courage to fight
Ignite the enthusiasm deep within you

Endure the fear and doubt
Remember you're not alone
"STOP DIETING, START LIVING!"
Going for a run is my favourite way to deal with negative emotions. Im always tempted to start shoving food in my mouth, but on the rare occasion that I stop myself, tie up my runners and get going, I feel fantastic. And it usually leads to a pretty great run too. Just make sure to take a nice, scenic route and appreciate your surroundings!
embracing the hurt, dealing with the pain, sitting thru it until it passes-which it always does...its not as hard as denying it, because it just comes back up if i don't deal with it, literally. breath thru it-btw, great question to ask....ur on to deeper truth
