I bet you are sitting there thinking about this question wondering what to say. It's difficult to give yourself compliments after years of putting yourself down. However, It really makes an incredible difference if you start practicing to love yourself - start now... write one thing about your body that you really like.
The one thing I like about my body is my skin; I like it because it's soft and glowy.

ok. i can do this.
i love my eyes. and i have nice calves. too bad my thighs have to be there to ruin the 'gorgeous legs' thing lol
It's easy to say something nice then finish it with something not so nice... try and put the full stop after the nice thing :)

Recovery is possible!
yes, this is hard - I am always slating everything about me and never say anything nice.
emmm.. I suppose i like my hair.
Strange as it sounds I actually like my feet!
i like my eyes too and my stomach but thats it
jessica
i like my eyes and my shoulders the best :)
*Lea
I think... Somedays I look in the mirror and feel so confident and love my body for the way it is and other days I think, what the hell was i thinking! But I cant trust my own decisions bc my mind changes every minute.
I could go on and on about how bulimia has ruined every aspect of me that was once beautiful and what bulimia didn't take my addiction to cutting destroyed. But I am not going to there.
What I Like:
I love my heart. I love the fact that God gave me this heart so I could feel His love when I can't feel anything else.
When I am happy people say my face lights you and my eyes sparkle... so I like my face a little bit too.
**Shon**
What I like about my eyes is that they are soft and tender. Deep down lies a kind heart, which longed for so much time to be free...
I love my curly hair and my smile
I love my eyes. And despite being constantly teased about it, I actually love my height!
You're worth it:}
i like my hands... hahahha werid hey.
i have always liked my hands. kind of weird but hey
"We are living art created to hang on, stand up, forbear, continue and encourage others. ~Maya Angelou"
my ass! i know i should hate it but i kinda like being curvy for that
i really like my shoulders and arms... i row crew so they're very strong
My boobs since I gained weight lol!
My shoulders
I guess I like my ..ears, strange as that seems lol.
I really like my back and my neck, i think they are the only feminine-looking parts of my body
I like my blue eyes and i like that they sparkle when i am happy now that i am healthier
I like my smile, especially when I'm healthy and it is genuine - then I love it! :-)
My shoulders and arms...I thank Yoga for them :)
**2bEfReE **
I really like my eyes.
They are quite big and have a soft brown color to them. My eyelashes are long too, which makes it even better. ^_^
my thighs. which is pretty unusual. i was shaving my legs over the sink (bath tub broke and out of hot water... crazy day!) and i was looking at my thighs in the mirror... man! i am one foxy lady with my runners legs! :]
I like my eyes..they are compassionate and warm. I look into them and I know that I inherited the size and shape from my dad who passed away. Looking into my eyes remind me of him.
i have learned radical acceptance in my life (the radical acceptance is something i learned in dbt which is dialetical and behavioral therapy). because of that reason i radically like my scars. i have a scar on my hand from carpal tunnel surgery and on my arm from ulner nerve release surgery. i like them because they remind me of my family. my mother, father, and brother and sister all have carpal tunnel and both my parents and i plus my brother sometime soon have had the surgeries. it connects me to them all even though i think i dont look like them.
liz d
i went and got a hair trim.. and some new bangs! i fancy them :] i think they shape my face well.
my mind, my smile, my nose, my legs, and my eyes.
I like my legs the most, especially in the summertime when i swim a lot and they are in really good shape :)
I like my eyes because they can't be defined as being one color and sometimes they look as if they change color. My tummy is pretty cute too
nay
my hands, they're really small, and i have log slender fingers
and my hair, slightly short but oh so blonde and shiny :D
like above! my hands. and my fingernails and toes. except when its freezing cold because they are not good at circulating.
dee, horsebackgirl
my small frame, my big lips, how strong i am when i am fit, my hands, usually my skin, my smile
my back, because its the only part of my body without scars, and i cant find faults wiht it- unlije evrything else
Still she haunts me phantomwise...
My ideas, my goals and my accomplishments. Otherwise, I like my big blue eyes.
Lola
But I guess I like my eyes and my arms
When it seems like we are walking in circles and not recovering, I find a good book or movie really helps!!!
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button taught me how precious life is. Every purge takes a little bit of me away from my health-until, on the long run, bulimia REALLY takes a toll on one's immunity against other sicknesses. Being tired, having bad teeth, bad skin, sore throats, puffy faces and guilt feelings- this is not attractive to our husbands, boyfriends or friends. I want to live long and BE HEALTHY!!!!
I am my worst enemy- if only I didn't judge myself so cruelly.
The book "Mao's Last Dancer" is a story of a poor boy in China who becomes a famous ballet dancer. He also demonstrates how precious life is.
Lord, let the negative feelings be released. fill me with your spirit
I like my eyes and my stomach. Hopefully from this recovery I can really get some good muscle definition instead of being skin and bones.
I would have to say my crazy curly hair because it makes me unique, my lovely calfs, my fingers, and my height!
"The truth is rarely pure and never simple." - Oscar Wilde.
i love my eyes and my shortness
i like my eyes too
I like my bouncy curly hair, my lips and smile (when it's genuine), my cute little feet, and I must say I have a pretty great rack! :)
if there is no enemy within, the enemy outside can do us no harm
i like my hair and my arms
I like my eyelashes, they're long and dark.
I love my eyes. I love my wrists (odd, I know!). I love my little toes.
*~Life is an eternity of gorgeous moments~*
i like my wrists :)
and my eyes and my hair
and the way my laugh sounds out loud
- not the way my face scrunches up when i do it haha
I like my eyes and hair :-)
Nichole Jones
I love my blonde hair and blue eyes.
Achievement seems to be connected with action. Successful men and women keep moving. They make mistakes, but they don’t quit.
I love my flowing wavy hair. It's brown and has hues of different caramel colors running through it. I especially that it looks that way with no effort or money!
I love my cheeks :o) They always tuen into little balls when I smile and are rosie when I luagh a lot :o)
that I am the only one of my siblings who got my mom's brown eyes. I like that I've never dyed my hair. I like how it gets natural red highlights during the summer. I like that I tan super easy and fast. I like that other people like my smile. I'm thankful that I have eyes to see and ears to hear and legs to walk... just think of all the people out there who would give anything to be able to use their legs or have sight, etc.
"Ever since happiness heard your name, it has been running through the streets trying to find you."
My eyes and my compassion and love for my family.
my eyebrows and my shoulders
My hands and feet.
I like lots of stuff about my appearance. My eyes, boobs, and lips. The most feminine parts about me. Also, my tan-ness and my muscular legs, arms and tiny wrists.
my full lips and my slender calves-my collarbone and neck are pretty old fashioned feminine too. i think im liking myself more and more each day.
my eyes are lovely. my lips.
This is really hard. I have such low confidence that even when I find something I like I convince myself I shouldn't... I feel guilty like I am being vain or something... but I know thats silly and I'm trying to change so here goes:
I like my height 170cm and my eyes, especially in the sun they glow yellowish like honey with a dark brown rim
Hey that was two!

Its hard for me to accept comments cause I feel like I am being vein. But I guess it is good for us to learn to love ourselves so here I go:
I lke my... height 5'8", i like my legs cause I run, I like my arms cause I like to lift weights and I love how non-judgmental I am about others, I also like that I am empathetic:)

I always like my legs, my ass :) and my eyes.
He I also like my eye lashes and my feet.
I think my wrists have potential.
Vanessa Nicole
my teeth and my hands. They're over sized and I love them. Man hands and horse teeth :B
I love my big, curvy butt and back, my almond eyes, and my wavy/curly blond hair. My belly button is cute too!
If you aren't good at loving yourself, you will have a difficult time loving anyone, since you'll resent the time and energy you give another person that you aren't even giving to yourself. -- Barbara DeAngelis
i just couldn't think of anything to post here but you inspired me!
i love my big curvy butt too! it's sexy! and i love my womanly hips. i also love my freckles, my pretty red hair and my high cheekbones!
wow and i thought i couldn't think of anything to put here. awesome. :)
"To maintain hunger where food is available, as Western women are doing, is to submit to a life state as unnatural as anything with which the species has come up yet. It is more bizarre than cannibalism." -Naomi Wolf in The Beauty Myth
i love how feminine my body is.
hmm, I think I like my feet, most of the time. I'm not really sure why, haha
Well not to be big headed but i think im quite pretty so i like that !! Errrrr i also like my legs and eyes, especially my eye lashes xx
:-) xx
My hands- i can do lots of things with them- they are useful. haha.]
My back because I need to enforce it with good posture in order to hold a valuable head.
I am measured by value, not by success!
This is hard to read. Girls I am very impressed.
I am very tall 184cm and can't get used to it- so many of you can....
Well; I like my freckles. I am covered in them and get new ones when the sun shines.
i love my legs and my butt....theyre toned and cute. i also like my back. i like my boobs a lot but sometimes wish they were bigger. but then again, i guess i wouldnt be able to wear as many cute tops. i also love my height, except when i need to reach things! wow i like a lot more than i thought
Jessica
I like my reddish-goldish hair. I like that I can wash it and just walk out the door and still get compliments on it!
As far as my body...ah. I guess I like my stomach and my butt!
I guess I like my long hair, and my teeth (I just got veneers!)They make me smile more.
Xoxoxo evamarie
Wow! I am so impressed with what others wrote! I like my hair, but I have a problem with cutting it too much. Now that I've written this, maybe I can stop doing that and let my curls grow out a bit.
I also like my height, but this is something I've had to work on because I'm very tall. I used to often wish I was a bit shorter, but I'm starting to appreciate my tallness.
- Lisa
Fall down seven times, stand up eight.
I love my skin and my beautiful smile (I am just finished with invisalign and for the first time in my life I *love* my smile and teeth!). I love my fit body, my strong legs and my sexy curves. I also have really cute small feet (size 6 and oh so cute!). I love my courage to have endured some really hard things in my life and to my courage to recover from my ed :)
i love my body for creating such an incredible, beautiful, smart, funny, healthy, amazing, spectacular little boy- absolutely a miracle considering how horribly i have treated my body for so long.
that is so sweet. I bet he is wonderful just like you!!
Grace

I like my eyes and my back, wrists too, maybe even hands. Yeah, I like my hands, they're creative. My eyes are stunning. :)
XYou know guys, maybe this is just a mountain we all have been given to climb, and when we get to the top, we can look down at the beauty below...A Blessing in disguise to make us stronger people with a firmer hold on reality.X
i like my eyes, they're green and get brighter depending on what i wear. i also have nice hair, i've never dyed it and it has lovely natural highlights, especially in the summer xx
we are all unique and all deserve to love and be loved
I hate my physical appearance in general. I used to like my eyes, but because of my nose I think that won't help any...
BUT, I believe I have a big and good heart. I have morals and values. I care so much for others.
Grace
I don't like much about my outter appearance. I guess I like my eyes because I can make them look more pretty with makeup. I like my leg muscles from dance. They're not bulky or anything, but you can tell I'm athletic. I can't wear skinny jeans because my cavs are too big for them, but when I wear shorts you can tell I dance and that I'm athletic- which I like!
Um. I guess I like my hair. Its long and a golden brown colour. Its also a great way of shielding my face when I'm feeling self concious and shy
With pain we can grow
Into who we want to be
And only when were beaten down
Can we find our identity
i like my face and my hair on good day but the rest of my body makes me sick all the time xx
i hope i wont feel like this for long cuz i know deep down i shud love myself..
becky xx
My shoulders, weirdly enough.
I hope you like your hair too, because it's Ay DORABLE.

I kind of feel full of myself to say this, but I really don't hate my body. I only hate my actions. I find myself attractive and say I love my hair, eyes, smile, shoulders, and back. Both those are only physical attributes. There is much more too me and that is why I feel other characteristics are worth noting that aren't physical such as confidence or intelligence. WE focus too much on the outside, but I agree with the saying that beauty is only skin deep. Just food for thought I guess.
