3 months in feeling happy but food is still on the brain

Hey everyone!
I started to get myself better after overexcersizing and being sick every week.
I have been doing se and am feeling much happier and more energized.
I do however eat huge meals and try have the snacks too.
I started having the two foods I wanted into the plan. I don't always have them as snacks but after dinner treat or after breakfast. Just wondering if that's over snacking then?
