Is this a good strategy???

So I was in recovery last year impatient for about a week... saw a therapist for a while... but now the bulimia is back... b/p every day.... I was thinking that instead of trying to stop cold turkey like I am used to doing (and failing)... I would try and lessen the frequency.. like to every other day. So if I b/p today I cannot do it tomorrow but I can the next day. I am hoping I would get used to this then move it to only 2-3 times a week... then once a week until it's over...

Is this a good idea? I am a little worried that the day I am allowed to b/p will be worse now.. I mean right now I usually eat dinner and get rid of it every day... sometimes a night snack too.... but I am a little worried that i will want the binge to be worse since I cant do it everyday... like I will eat more and purge more on the day i am "allowed" to do it...

I am just so sick of telling myself it will be the last time and always failing... I thought this might be a different non-conventional approach..

Any thoughts?

It is my 3rd day doing

It is my 3rd day doing this... one day i allowed myself to purge... and 2 days I did not purge... Thsoe 2 days are the first in a long time.. I think this could actually work!
