An amazing website :)

I want to start by saying that despite the name of this site, it has nothing to do with thinspiration. I would NOT do that to any of you. But if any of you are disturbed by it, or feel uncomfortable with its contents (though I honestly find it uplifting and a huge help), then please let me know, and I'll see how I can delete this post :)

The site is written by a woman who has had problems with overeating, but has overcome them to a great extent, albeit not entirely, as she admits. I find her ideas really helpful, as she has a very balanced attitude to food. Of course, she errs on the side of healthy, but I don't think she is necessarily restrictive.

I know that one reason I binge is because I get bored of my healthy food, which is usually the same every day, and thus, not that healthy (variety is the spice of life, after all!). So there are some great ideas to throw into your menu plan, and get you looking forward to putting some good, clean, nutritious food into your body.

I hope this helps, and that it doesn't trigger anyone. I'd be mortified if it did! xx
