Day 105

Hard to say how I feel (feel a little fat actually!) Sorry to be honest, dont mean to discourage anyone, but I have put on weight and the hard part is I have to lose it "like normal" people do.

This is hard because I know I can lose it quicker another way.

However, my life has improved, my skin and my moods all improving.

So now the journey of doing some exercise and cutting down on junk - the normal way!

Harry :)
