How many runners are there out there? I've been running off and on for the last 3 years and really see it as a recovery tool. When I run I feel at ease, able to think logically and able to work out worries or things making me anxious. Another bonus, appart from increased fitness, is not wanting to binge - I feel it would undo the hard work I have put in to my run.
