I have been bulimic for six years now with periods of time where the bulimia was nonexistent and I thought I was recovered, but as of the last 2 1/2 months I have relapsed. So I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions of how to get myself back on track to recovery and to make it stick this time around. I am planning on starting a structured eating plan again and hydrating more often, but I am wondering if anyone has any other tips they used to help themselves get started. Any suggestions, tips, or strategies are welcome. Thanks!
