Giving up complacency

Hi!

I woke up feeling different. I made the decision to give up my complacency. Being cynical is easy. But how well does it actually help me? Being cynical only draws me down, kills my energy and mood. Things are going to happen around me - its up to me to choose how I react to them. Am I going to continue criticising others? Isn't resentment a key trigger to a binge? Hating others and my life is a poison, a slow attack on me. I really am the only one who has to carry and suffer the pain caused by hatred, resentment and other destructive thoughts.

I am making a declaration: I give up just for this morning all negativity! Lets see what will happen by noon!
