I could really use some advise from more experienced intuitive eaters. I really feel im in a new stage, eating has stopped being a worry for me. I eat almost everything and im pretty much accepting my new body. The thing is I have been feeling that I eat too much, I mean I can really see I could eat less and I don't mean restrict or try to lose weight I just mean I don't need all that food, still I feel clueless on how to approach this new challenge.
Any experience you can share about this?
