This article made me cry. It just simplifies everything for others that aren't going through the same thing we are. I found this a good one to show to my dad who's idea of getting better from an eating disorder is going biking in the bush for 2 weeks where there's no food available, therefore, I can't binge and I lose weight through excersise. Killing two birds with one stone . . . . ???? Know what I mean? Don't get me wrong I don't blame him, but it just kind of leads people in a different direction than what they think this is all about. Here it is!
