This is a very discussed topic i know, at the beginning constipation was terrible and thanks God that´s finished. Still i feel my system is not regular yet, i still don´t go every day to the bathroom. I know it will take time but i wanted to get a quick reminder of what is working for you. Please give us your tip!
On my first weeks i used lemon with warm water first thing in the morning and again before bed, i think it did help. I tried an Asian tea for digestion that worked pretty good but i realized it was hard and i didn´t feel it nice to my body, i could see it like a laxative or a way of purging so i quit.
Now things are much better but still... Im having a warm drink with empty stomach, first thing in the morning. Sometimes its apple cyder vinegar with water, sometimes lemon water, sometimes flax seeds soaked all night in water and then i drink the water and the seeds.
At night i have an infusion of fennel seeds or a mild¨digestion herbal tea¨.
I eat nuts and olive oil every day for the good fats on them, i eat plain greek yogurt and fiber crackers. Salad and fruit. Whole grain bread and grains as often as i can. Oats and dark chocolate every day...
I´ve read about probiotics but i don´t want to spend more money in supplements and they are very expensive here so i try to eat them naturally.
