Husband issues

So mostly my husband is very supportive of of me and getting help for this illness, however he doesnt understand the war that goes on in my head everytime I eat. But thats beside the point, I just had a huge fight with him about my work. He has now left to go run an errand and guess what I do? Thats right I turn to food like I always do. On the grand scheme of binges it wasnt that big, but I still feel like going again which inevitably lead to a purging session. I guess im writing this to get out my frustration and to distract myself from further b/ping.

i appreciate your approach to

i appreciate your approach to post your feelings in the forum rather than going back to b/p. i am so proud of you sarah. you are my inspiration. please do not worry about the fight between you and your husband. your husband and yourself love each other very much. and the fight is only a matter of time. it is not worth of the painful b/p. you are much stronger than that. please get yourself a pair of new shoes or earrings rather than a bag of chips.

best wishes...
