Yes! I just started

Yes! I just started committing myself to intuitive eating. I will say though, it took me 2 years in recovery to get to this place (that's longer than most people need, but there are some really serious merits to SE).

My favorite books are:

- Eat what you love, love what you eat
- Normal eating for normal weight
- Intuitive Eating (3rd edition)

Well, I've only been doing it

Well, I've only been doing it 1 week, so it's great because it's novel and therefore interesting. I'm sure it will be more challenging once the novelty wears off.

I've been doing something like IE for quite some time, in terms of eating what I want, when I want. The thing that is different now is I'm completely eating according to hunger cues. The past year or so, I've mostly been a grazer... eating whatever appeals to me, but never really getting hungry or getting satisfied, just eating throughout the day as it occurred to me. It worked pretty well actually, but I can see it was a form of emotional eating and I wasn't really in touch with my body's hunger cues.
