Looking For Support.

These past few weeks have been really hard. It's so depressing to fall off the wagon again. I have been on and off bulimic for 6 years now... Its so frustrating I've gone months, even over a year without binging before, but I keep returning to this dirty habit. I'm really scared and I need help but I'm scared to seek help from my friends and family. They think I've been healthy for years. So if anyone needs a recovery buddy I would love some support and to help support someone else. :)

I would definitely recommend

I would definitely recommend on top of a recovery buddy to reach out even though it's scary. Allowing yourself to ask for help is incredibly brave and will be worth it. Counseling really helps (in my opinion when you can find a counselor who you connect with.

Hi precious...of course you

Hi precious...of course you want support. We can't do this alone. This site offers so much, but we also need to make sure we have ppl in our lives that we can bear all to. That place where we can let the secrets, the shame, the power of bulimia out. When we do that, bulimia loses it's power. Please feel free to msg me anytime. I do better with private emails also. My email is larissa_katerb@hotmail.com. I'd love to get to know you and fight for our passions, our dreams, our life again. Much love, you are worth the time, efforts and space.x

to thine own self be true
