Meds

Hi _Change_,

I tried several different medications when I was younger but for me they were not that helpful. Perhaps you should try doing some yoga - you will be amazed at how calm and wonderful you will feel after a class :) On the other hand, if you are really having a hard time, it may help you while you get things under control. Remember, even when you are better, there are going to be ups and downs, stressful things in life, and problems to deal with. Finding HEALTHY ways to COPE with feelings of sadness and anxiety is not easy but it is worth it and better than any chemicals!

Embrace and accept today, whatever it brings!

Love,
