So so happy for you!!! You

So so happy for you!!!
You are right, recovery IS amazing!
I am constantly amazed how it isn't a fight to recover..it's the most natural thing in the world when we actually feed our bodies.
You just hit a point where you see that recovery is where you want to be. My last binge that I remember, I was sitting there with a bag of cookies and I remember looking at them and thinking..you know, this doesn't even taste good. And I ended up throwing them out. I think we get so used to being tired and drained that we think it's normal. We've forgotten what it feels like to have energy. When you eat right and feel energy, you're right, there's no going back!!
