I have been on here since the summer, and working with a coach. I'm still doing structured eating, and feeling pretty good. There are some days though that I start to get off track, (still binge eating a few days a month) and per one of the recommendations I have written up a one day meal plan. To stick to the day after a night binge, or to start in the middle of the day if I get off track. I would love to have some accountability for this.
I was wondering if this would be a good place to commit to following that 24 hour meal plan after starting to get off track before it gets worse, and then I can post that I'm sticking with it.
