The problem is that I just can throw up so easily

Hi, I really want to stop it, but the problem is that it is SO EASY for me to throw up. I can do it in one second, quietly. So nobody can find it and I always know I can throw up whenever I over eat. How can I stop it. Desperate for help

Hi there, I also joined

Hi there, I also joined today.. and I relate to your post .. I also found throwing up easy - think it and it happens and maybe that is why its taken me so many years to get to this point. of knowing I have to recover. I am also terrified of not purging as its the only thing I know. I just wanted you to know you are not alone out there.

Thanks for your response.

Thanks for your response. Today is my first day of recover. I cooked and prepared my whole day's meals and snacks. Didnt bring my money. In this case, I will just cut off my thoughts of buying food and eating all of them. Hope you have a great day, and let keep in touch to encourage each other ;)

Hi, I didn't binge or purging

Hi, I didn't binge or purging for the past fours days. Just follow the instructions that don't diet, and eat whatever you have in mind, but plan the time and amount. Didn't weigh myself, I feel become bigger, but just tell myself it's all water, every cell of the body is so happy with all nutrition now!
