well id just like to preface by saying the best way to preserve enamel from effects of bulimia is by not b/ping. but we all know b/p abstinence doesnt always happen. and since enamel cells do not regenerate a lot of dentists recommend that pronamel is the best on the market for preserving your existing enamel. anyone got anything better?

I used to use this....

then somehow I completely forgot about it....thanks for reminding me it's out there, i think i'm going to go get some right now :)

I use pronamel... I also use Act mouthwash too, it's supposed to help remineralize or something good to your teeth to prevent further damage.
