Hi everyone,

I used this method last year to recover as well as one on one coaching and it helped me a lot.

Now I have found myself in a new job with a crazy schedule and tons of food around me.

I haven't quite found a way to take some down time and keep on slipping in to mini mind and physical binges.

I feel like I need a quick and easy solution being time poor and am denying my state of tiredness... Weird.

Any advice?
