Time Needed to Resolve Symptoms

Hi! I'm new here and starting my meal/ recovery plan today.
Bulimia has taken a lot out of me, I've been extreamly exhausted, I can't dance like I used to because I get chest pain and short of breath- all symptoms.I feel like all I can do is sit around and I hate it! I was wondering about how long it takes to get your strength back.
Any Answers are greatly appreciated.
Thank You :)

Hi lovely! Congrats on

Hi lovely! Congrats on starting your recovery and meal plan! You will feel so much better when you start eating! but maybe go see your doctor about the chest pain, fatigue and shortness of breath - sounds like symptoms of anaemia to me! You might need to start an iron supplement (i'm a medical student so I know a little bit about this stuff).

With eating and giving your body the nutrients you need and possibly supplements you will start to feel so much better soon! Good luck with recovery :) xx

Thank you! I will definitely

Thank you! I will definitely ask my doctor about that- it would make a lot of sense if it was an iron deficiency.
